- How long does return processing and refunding take?
Once our distribution center has received your return, you will receive a refund within 7 business days.
- Can I exchange items for a different size or item?
At this time, we do not offer an option to exchange items for a different size or item. If you wish to receive a different size or item, we recommend that you return the items. If the return meets our return conditions, we will refund the purchase price. You can then place a new order for the desired item yourself.
- What are the costs for returning my order?
There is a charge of €5.95 for Dutch and €6.95 for Belgian customers as a contribution to the return shipping costs. This will be charged when requesting the return.

For the exceptions below, no return shipping costs will be charged:- You received a different product than the one you ordered
- The product you ordered was received broken
